I had Blogger issues last night and finally went to bed without getting my card uploaded for the Stampin B's
Design Team . Stayed up until all hours and now here I am about 4 hours later getting it done.
Joanne challenged us to use and old favorite along with something brand spankin' new. My new is the Cuttlebug Embossing Plus tag I'm using. It was a Christmas present and I've used one of the tags from the
package already but not this one. I love these new tags that die cut, emboss, and let you sponge while still
in the die cut. My old favorite is my textile embossing folder. It is my favorite of all the folders I have.
I first did my card in red, black, and white which are my usual colors for Valentine cards but I just wasn't happy and this color came coming to mind and I was forced to make my card again..and I like it.
If you would like to join the Stampin B's this week, just load your card or project using the Inlinkz or if uploading to Splitcoaststampers, use the keyword StampinB.
This card also fits: Speedy the Cat's Friends challenge #36 to use something new.

This is so pretty.. I love the designer paper you chose.. It is beautiful. Glad you finally got your blogger to work.. Sometimes it can be so fickle.. Great job.
The color combo in this card is sure a winner! I'm sure the red one is beautiful as well. I love the tag and I can see why the textile EF is your favorite!
That ribbon and Prima stud are stunning, Benzi!! What a cool card for Valentine's Day. :)
Gorgeous DP and love the tag. Lovely card. Sorry Blogger gave you so much grief! Have a few friends who use Windows Live Writer. Haven't checked it out yet but it solves issues like the one you had, or so I"m told :)
That dp is GORGEOUS....and it jazzes up the whole design....love the nontraditional colors

I love the non-traditional valentine colors you used, and that tag is gorgeous! I haven't even seen those tags until now, but it's beautiful with the sponging. I LOVE the dp you chose - how gorgeous!
While your blogging gremlins were hard at work last night, your mojo somehow filtered over into my space! I created a black, white, and red card today, so I must have been finishing it for you! LOL
This is so pretty Brenda! I love your new tag die cut and your old favorite embossing folder! Gorgeous colors! Glad blogger is back up and running!
Beautiful!!!
Thanks for sharing it with us at Speedy's Friends.
Benzi, I have the Textile ef too and love love love it as well. It is so elegant, isn't it? Those Blogger issues must've been SUPER frustrating, but I am glad you were able to upload your pretty card. I am drawn to the shiny ribbon/slide in the middle of the card (like a bird, attracted to shiny things!). Remember when we didn't have blogs? And now look at us. :)
Benzi I love this card. The rather bold dp and white texture are so perfect with the tag@@
I want to come over and have a root through your stash Brenda ... you always have the most fabulous papers and goodies - LOVe the new tag!
The background you created for your new tag is gorgeous. What a beautiful card. And I love the non-traditional Valentine colors.
