My Favorite Flower????? No, although,...............

This week at Flourishes Timeless Tuesday blog challenge (FTTC129), Betty Wright asked that we use our favorite flower or flowers on our card or project. Truth is, the tulip is my all time favorite. I just didn't have a Flourishes tulip image nor any I wanted to use. Soooooooooo, pansies are one of my favorites, therefore, I chose to use this image.
Yes, I have been sponging a lot lately. That was one of the things I wanted to work on this year and I've enjoyed doing it so much, I can hardly stop. Plus, I like the fact that it makes my image pop. I'll have a card posted tomorrow with NO sponging. But, believe me, that image will need nothing to help it pop.:-) If you don't like orange, look away. Ha

Oh So Pretty! I really like your layering and of course your coloring is superb. I've been trying to learn how to sponge my backgrounds but so far haven't liked my results. I will keep trying till I get it right.
Blessings Bernie

Ohhh gorgeous card Brenda! I can see why pansies are one of your favourites with their lovely faces and they last for ages - we've a pot on our picnic table that were planted at the end of April and are still going strong!

I do love purple, so these pansies are catching my eye. I wish we lived closer, and I could've lent you my "Thank You" Flourishes set, which has a very pretty tulip.
