Flower Vase

I was asked to be Guest Designer on Splitcoaststampers Queen for the Day challenge this week. The newly crowned queen is Sharon aka smadson and this is the card I cased. I did a little rearranging and
used different dies and added a butterfly. My recipe is listed below.

Hope you all have a great weekend and it is warming up where you are. The last I heard Punxsutawney Phil has now been exonerated after being indicted for lying about an early Spring.  I refuse to listen to him anymore. How about you? LOL

Have a very special Easter.

Recipe:
Stamps-Mark's Finest Papers and Stamps-Dogwood Blossoms (sentiment)
Paper-Stampin'Up! Pool Party, PTI white cardstock PTI vintage cream cs
Ink-Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories-Cheery Lynn Exotic Butterflies small no.2, Spellbinders Fantastic Floral One, Cuttlebug Swiss Dot embossing folder, QuicKutz pitcher 2 x 2, Spellbinders Splendid Circles, Stampin'Up! Pool Party ribbon, bg embossing folder is unknown

This is so soft and pretty, Benzi! Love those stacked doilies and the die cut butterfly, vase and flowers! I think they need to let poor P. Phil retire! Have a wonderful Easter. Hope you'll be spending it with some of your family!

As for Phil......the last I heard (and I HOPE it's the last I'll hear) he had his identity stolen, which is why he was exonerated. One can only hope this is the end of this silly saga!
Happy Easter weekend to you and yours!

What an honor to GD for SCS! Congrats girl! Beautiful card~ Love the Butterfly and the embossing! I never put much stock in ground hogs because I live in a place where if you don't like the weather, we just wait five minutes and it will change.
Have a very Happy Easter!!

What have you done for a fine card again, Brenda. The embossing and die cuts look fantastic. The colors you've put together great.
So our weatherman is not lying this time.
Here in Germany is still winter. Unfortunately, we get the weather to feel a little Russian.
Best wishes and have fun with your work, as DG, Anja
