April Showers-May Flowers

This is my last week to be guest designer for Crazy4Challenges. Thank you, Joanne, for asking me and thanks to the rest of the girls for letting me join them for the month of April.

This week's challenge, C4C233,  is Rain Showers. Knowing that April showers bring May flowers, Joanne wants us to show both on our cards.

I'm using a La Blanche meadow stamp and a Rubber Hedgehog raindrops image. The sentiment is from Mark's Finest Papers and Stamps, Blessings.

I love the curved borders. This one is Spellbinders Borderabilities Curved Borders Two.  I used an unknown yellow cardstock behind it.

The image is colored with Copics.

That's it! Hope you all have a wonderful, warm, sunny weekend. You can find me working in my yard this weekend.  I hope to get some flowers planted.

Guten Morgen liebe Benzi.

So pretty! Nicely done card for the challenge. I really love seeing all these spring cards. Spring is my favorite season, and it is finally starting to look like spring my way, with the beautiful flowers starting to pop up. My Lilac bush has buds, now if it could just get a little bit warmer...smile...

Magnificent, Benzi! Your coloring is superb and I love the punched border -- especially since you punched it higher up on the card and not at the border. Very clever. :-D

The yellow is so pretty peeking through the beautiful curved border! Love your pretty flower garden! We just had rain and a bit of thunder yesterday. Nothing severe around here. Our neighbors east of us were hit hard. Hope you can stay safe with the storms coming next week! Enjoy your yard!

I'm late getting 'round for visits, but I'm so happy to enjoy this beautiful flower card this sunny Sunday afternoon. Love this image, and the raindrop image is one I've not seen yet. Of course you know I love that curved border inset. A really lovely Spring card, with the bright yellow behind the lacey border. TFS & Hugs

So pretty! I love the dandy lions:) Just not in my yard. It's so pretty when the lot across the street from us is one huge mass of yellow. You know for sure spring is here. Thanks for a taste of things to come (still lots of snow on that lot yet).
