Vine Sympathy

Unfortunately, I need a sympathy card for a very sad occasion. I hope this card can somehow give some comfort to the family receiving it.

I also made this card to fit the Featured Stamper challenge on Splitcoaststampers/FS406. The featured stamper was Audrie aka girlgeek101 and I cased (loosely) this card.

It was simple...just cut the dies and sponged inside the smallest with the three inks, added the sentiment, and then the flourish vine.

Recipe:
Stamps-Mark's Finest Papers and Stamps/Oopsy Daisy set
Paper-PTI white cardstock
Ink-Memento Tuxedo Black, Tim Holtz Distress Inks/Victorian Velvet-Dried Marigold-Stormy Sky
Accessories-Spellbinders/Lattice Rectangle die, Cheery Lynn Designs die/Fanciful Flourish

Sorry you had the occasion for a card of this type, but it is beautiful. Love your design of the sponging colors on the die, and layering them. Topping with the flourish vine really sent this one over the top. A beautiful idea for a sympathy card, and I'm sure it will bring your thoughts & prayers to the family in need of it. TFS & Hugs

This is one beautiful sympathy card Brenda! That small element of sponging in the center is like a light shining through the white dies! Gorgeous card!

Sorry to hear you needed to send this card... sympathy cards are always the most difficult to make.
