Waaaaaaaay Too Many Cookies

Yes, it's another snowman. You know I love them. When I saw this snowman digital image, I just had
to have him. How funny is that big belly. Just looking at him scares me into a diet. Ha

The image is from Justinklined and is called Fat Snowman. No kidding!

My card fits the following challenges on Splitcoaststampers:
TLC 411/The Best of 2012 which means you are to choose a technique from that year and make a card using it and it fits the central theme for the CT1212 Fan Club Monthly Challenge/Baby, It's Cold Outside.

Also, Simon Says Stamp Blog Challenge is new something or you can use something new. That is my snowman image. Brand new and couldn't wait to use it.

Off to make some chili and get ready for the BCS National Championship game tonight between my team, University of Alabama,  and those Fighting Irish Notre Dame. Go Bama!!!

Winter Wishes

I changed my blog background. Can you tell I want summer to arrive? I guess I'm thinking I live in Hawaii and it is very warm and beautiful plants are blooming. LOL

I've had problems uploading photos on my blog today. It has used up a lot of my day. Hopefully, they will get a fix soon. I saw I was not the only one having a problem. But, the folks at the help section did give me a way around it.

My card is for Queen for the Day 146 on Splitcoaststampers and also the Splitcoaststampers Fan Club Gallery central theme for December which is Baby, It's Cold Outside. The QFTD challenge was a fun one today. The challenge was to case one of your own cards. I cased this one.

My 3 strips of  paper tape is from Martha Stewart Crafts and is probably about the same as Washi tape. I colored my image with Copics. It is an easy, quick CAS card.

Melted Heart

Happy New Year to all! I remember when it turned the year 2000 and how strange I thought it would be to say that and it seems like only a year ago. Now, it is thirteen years later. How time flies!! I hope this is a spectacular year for everyone.

I am happy to get to play in the Fan Club Monthly Theme on Splitcoaststampers. My card will fit into three of the categories: Central theme, sketch, and inspiration. It can all be found here.

My sister gave me this stamp set (snowmen not included) and it has the cutest stamps. I am anxious to try out some of the other sixteen stamps. I added the snowmen on the strip because of  the sentiment.

Recipe:
Stamps-Royal Langnickel/Let it Snow Stamps, Snowmen are a peg stamp picked up at a scrapbook store
Paper-PTI white cardstock, blue cardstock scraps (unknown color)
Ink-Memento Tuxedo Black
