Melted Heart

Happy New Year to all! I remember when it turned the year 2000 and how strange I thought it would be to say that and it seems like only a year ago. Now, it is thirteen years later. How time flies!! I hope this is a spectacular year for everyone.

I am happy to get to play in the Fan Club Monthly Theme on Splitcoaststampers. My card will fit into three of the categories: Central theme, sketch, and inspiration. It can all be found here.

My sister gave me this stamp set (snowmen not included) and it has the cutest stamps. I am anxious to try out some of the other sixteen stamps. I added the snowmen on the strip because of  the sentiment.

Recipe:
Stamps-Royal Langnickel/Let it Snow Stamps, Snowmen are a peg stamp picked up at a scrapbook store
Paper-PTI white cardstock, blue cardstock scraps (unknown color)
Ink-Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories-Copics/B21, B23, C7, C1, Stampin'Up! Dazzling Diamonds, glue pen

Benzi what a gorgeous card!!!! Love the blue!!! My boy keeps saying "2013 sounds weird!" I had the same thought as you when I went to tuck in my girl last night. She is my millennium baby born in June. I thought..."my baby is going to be 13 this year!!! How did we get here so quickly???" HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!! Wishing you a stress free 2013!!!!

I was just thinking to myself earlier this morning how the country was in such a panic at the turning of the century and I cannot believe it's been over a decade already, when it seems just like yesterday!! LOL
The stamp you used on this card is such a unique and pretty one, and I love all those snowmen bouncing along in a line too! So cute! Happy New Year!

What an adorable snowman card! I have come to collect snowmen over the past couple of year just because I realized how many I have. Many were given to me as gifts. And, this snowman card surely does melt my heart...so so CUTE! You take care and hoping you have a joyous blessed New Year, hugs!!!

Benz, this is an awesome image. That snowman makes me feel happy! I know I shouldn't say this; but, at 92, you may have just lost track of time since 2000 when you were around 80. I'm just sayin'! LOL! But, really, you are right, time flies when you're getting old!!!!!! Hugs Always!

Sitting in the airport, waiting between flights, and just grabbed a few minutes to visit some of my favorite blogs. This is such an adorable card, Benzi! Love the main image and also all the little snowmen you did across the border piece. Obviously, you're enjoying your remodelling job now that it's done. :-D
