The FS was SophieLaFontaine and this is the card I chose to case. I love the clean and simple look of her card. It took about 5 minutes to make.
I used a Martha Stewart punch for the balloon and the star punch was from EK Success. It is a border punch called Starry Night. I used the remnants for the stars. The sentiment is Stampin'Up! Well Scripted and I'm using SU paper, Cherry Cobbler. The white base is PTI White cardstock.
I drew the little 'string' line with a marker to connect with the sentiment. All finished and ready to mail. Oh, I meant to say the card is 3 1/2 x 7.

I love this, Benzi! It makes my CAS heart sigh! I need to look for that balloon punch. I've seen it before and thought what a nice addition it makes to a card. I love how you connected the string to the sentiment.
