Flourishes Timeless Tuesday FTTC117-A Double Dose

This week's hostess at Flourishes Timeless Tuesday FTTC117 challenge is Betty Wright and she gave the 'Anything Goes' challenge. Who doesn't love that?
This is my second week to be Guest Designer for the team and I decided to use the beautiful Humming Along set. The card at the top is the one I finally settled on but did another one first:
I thought this one may be a bit too much but I guess that depends on whether you like more or less color.
It was easy to take off the top layer of nestabilities as they were on embossed paper and then just layer them onto white embossed cardstock.

I used the Spellbinders Grand Nestabilities Labesl 4 and the regular Labels 4 die cut. Copics were used for coloring and I am using my favorite Cuttlebug embossing folder in the top photo, Textiles. The hummingbird was stamped, colored, cut out, and popped up. I did an 'out of the box' on the image to get it to fit the nestabilitie (bottom leaf). I stamped another leaf to add to with the sentiment, ribbon, and stick pin.

Hope you'll join the team the week for the challenge. Be sure to check the rules and  leave a comment on the team's blogs.

You did a fabulous job on the cards. I love trumpet vine...I have one by the front door and the hummers are always visiting. Two totally dif looks.Maybe the embossed white shows off the image off a little better but both are wonderful:)

How creative to angle the frame. I'm such a boring "centre everything" kind of anal retentive this rarely occurs to me. Gorgeous bright colours.

So pretty! I just got this set in the mail the other day. I can't wait to ink it up.

I live in AL too. Madison/Huntsville area. Was everything okay where you are during the tornadoes? We had a lot of damage in this area but we made out great. Thank god! :)
