From the Beach

This week the Stampin' B's Design Team  hostess is Vicky Gould and she asked that do a color challenge of brown, black, and ivory. I found that a bit hard with my image. I wanted to add some sea blues to this beach card. I will just have to make another later and do that.

The image is Sand, Surf, Relax from Mark's Finest Papers and I'm using a Martha Stewart Beach Shells punch and a crab and fir punch. Added a little netting on the side which I cut from a Finch seed bag and dyed, stickles, and Flower Soft for sand.

We hope you'll join us this week. If so, link to our inlinkz tool at the link above.

Nice combination of punches and images. And I like how you used the stickles for a bit of sparkle.

This is so serene. You picked the perfect stamps for this color challenge. Great job on this one. Hoping to visit my dad's fishing hole this next week. :) Stay cool.

This is great, Benzi! You did a super job with the challenge colors. Love all the little extra images you added around the frame. A super beachy card!

Okay, now you're just rubbing it in about the PATP I want Brenda. How can you be so cruel to your punchie buddy especially after tearing me down with receiving Carol's napkin fold care???? However, you did an excellent job on this card. Love all the seashell details and mine would have looked this good if you would have sent me that PATP you promised; instead, I had to use leaves!!

This card looks fabulous with these colors! I feel like I'm at the beach! Actually, I would love to be at the beach!

It wasn't too hot on the golf course yesterday. My daughter kept our golf cart moving constantly (about tipped us over) so we had a breeze and lots of laughs.

The border punch looks familiar *wink* and so does the little crab :) This is such a great summer card with that little boat image and all the elements from the sea! I love it!
