Framed Sentiment

Today on Splitcoaststampers, I did the Queen for the Day challenge and cased this card. It belongs to Jenna Barber. Of course, I made a few changes along the way.  And, the FA477 challenge on SCS was to create a frame. I framed my sentiment after seeing this idea in a scrapbook store last weekend. I walked by the table and I think they had been having a class and there it was. I liked it and just had to buy the Fiskars small lever punch called Flowers and make my own.

I am entering my card into these challenges:
Speedy the Cat's Blog Challenge #67-Make a card any size or shape other than a standard 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"   My card is a 5 x 5 square
Cute Card Thursday- #177 Clean and simple
Papertake Weekly Challenge-Include some flowers made by hand using  die punches, altering a bought one, or using stuff from your stash.

Recipe:
Stamps: Flourishes Humming Along, Stampabilities Berryvine Border
Paper: PTI white cardstock, ColorMates Dark Mostly Mauve, green scraps, K&CO Jubilee pink postage
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories: Spellbinder Shapeabilities Foliage, Spellbinders oval nestabilitie, Fiskars small lever punch called Flower, Martha Stewart double scallop edge punch, pearls

Love that frame ... very clever! I also see your flower frame as a pretty fish swimming .. the eyes are being creative. Stunning card Brenda!

Did you venture into the Scrapbook store in Huntsville? I think they have the best supply of Spellbinders.

Oooh, awesome idea to frame a sentiment with a punched wreath! It's so eye-catching. You must've punched LOTS of flowers. Did you indulge in dessert that night, after all that exercise? ;) Thanks for playing with Speedy's Friends this week. :)
