Baby, It's Cold Outside---Tuesday Throwdown

This week, the Tuesday Throwdown challenge #80 has a theme called 'Baby, It's Cold Outside'. We are being sponsored this week by Catherine Pooler, Stampin'Up! Demo.

I made my base card with Stampin'Up! Bermuda Bay cardstock (love that color) and used my snowman from Flourishes Warm Winter Wishes set. I made some hills of snow with my cardstock and used my Sakura Gelly Roll pen for some sparkle. Colored my snowman with Copics and added a few falling snowflakes. This was a very easy card to make. Hope you'll join our challenge this week.

Recipe:
Stamps-Flourishes Warm Winter Wishes
Paper: Stampin'Up! Bermuda Bay, PTI white cardstock
Ink: Memento Tuxedo black
Accessories: Sakura Gelly Roll pen, Martha Stewart Aspen snowflake punch (remnants for snowflakes)

This is too cute Brenda! I LOVE the adorable snowman and the pretty blue sky! Still no snow here in Michigan - wonder if we can make it the whole winter - LOL

Benzi, I was over at Tuesday Throwdown, and saw your card at the top of the photos and went "Aaack! sooooo cute!"

It's a perfect CAS card, with those teensy snowflakes dotting an aqua sky.

This is so cute with that whimsical snowman! I just love the teal colors and tiny red bird and berries! The snow may be on the way sooner than you think! (at least for us!)

This is darling and great color! Don't think we will be getting a chance to make a snowman this year ... not complaining though.

Oh my gosh what a holly jolly snowman!!! He is already to have some fun and the snow. He is so cute. For 2012 I have Flourishes stamps on my wish list. I am going to try and get a couple this year. This is so sweet and your little snowflakes are dynamite!

I love Baja and think it's so perfect for snowy scenes. Love this snowman and the flakes falling around him. I wouldn't mind seeing some snow.

I love your snowman and fab snowy hills too. Doesn't look like we're going to get any proper snow this year, our flowers already think its Spring and I saw a greenfly yesterday (which doesn't bode well for my garden when they get munching on it LOL)
