Cock-a-doodle-do......here I am with a big rooster head enjoying the sunbeams. I made this card for the Dare to Get Dirty challenge on Splitcoaststampers. It was a sample for Angela Bode's challenge.
If you're a fan club member and I hope you are, you can come over and play. There's lots of fun and prizes.
As you can see, I have made a card with distressed edges and several layers.
I have a short post so I'll just get to the recipe:
Stamps-Impression Obsession/Rooster
Paper-Stampin'Up! Crumb Cake and Cherry Cobbler, Graphic 45/French Country
Ink-Stampin'Up! Soft Suede
Accessories-Copics E95 and G12

This fella is magnificent. I'd sure hate to encounter him in the chicken coop. You've made him quite fierce, and used some of my fav patterns in the G45..that French Country is just yummy, and so well used with Mr. Rooster. Wowsers! TFS & Hugs

What a great image and the papers on this are just totally awesome. I love the DG challenges this year - I just wish I could do more of them. I started them but I just ran completely out of Mojo after about the 8th card. Your cards are all wonderful. Hugz!
I think I have this stamp and you have really inspired me to find it and do something with it. Your card is wonderful! The DP and colors you chose for the rooster, including the edges, are wonderful!!
I always love a French country chic look, and you've got it goin' on here! What pretty yellow paper, and that rooster looks like I wouldn't want to mess around with him! LOL
