And, for a cute reason I love morning glories--sometimes when I get up in the morning and hubby is already up, I enter the room and he will say, "Morning, Glory". No, Glory is not my name, but I think it is very sweet and always reminds me of the morning glory flower. :-)
My Flourishes sentiment is from the Friendly Reminders set. It was just perfect for the Sizzix die cut I used. I'm always finding great sentiments with my Flourishes sets.

This is super Benzi.. I love Morning glory too.. it's a beautiful flower.. :-).. Great card...!!
Great card, Benzi. I love the houndstooth background and the doily.
Adorable card!!!
love those morning glory they look so beautiful ,the doily and the black and white pp look just great.love your card.
This is fabulous! Love the way you've done the sentiment. Papers are beautiful. Your coloring is amazing. We have bindweed here and I do my best to be rid of it. Blue Morning Glories grow wind on Maui. When I was a child, my father tried to get rid of it but I was always happy he couldn't, they are so pretty. There a many different colored MG but I always grow the blue ones. I'm sure Dad would think I am crazy but I love them so.
Gosh I would LOVE to win these stamps, thanks for the chance.
Blessings Bernie
Beautiful card you have made Benzi.
Smiles:)
What an absolutely beautiful flower! love the pop of color!
Beautiful!! the colors are just perfect for this set and the layers really show it off!
Gorgeous card! Love the houndstooth background as well as the teal and olive....of course, the image is also beautiful! I really like the clematis set because growing up, there was a light purple clematis on a trellis outside my bedroom window.
Congrats to Flourishes on 4 fabulous years and more to come!
Love your card...great coloring and layering. Enjoyed your personal connection and story about morning glories. TFS
Truly amazing. Love the hounds tooth and pretty Morning Glory. :)
WOW Brenda this is So beautiful!! I love the morning glories and the way you layered with the doily and aqua on the cool hounds tooth sure made them pop! I think thats very romantic of your husband:)
I adore your card, Benzi! Blue is my favorite color, so of course I love morning glories! We have a pole built especially for them; they climb it all year and burst open in September, very soon. At least I hope so, as this year something has been eating the tender tips. Thanks for the wonderful inspiration!
what a genius to put your sentiment on a flower too!! beautiful card and I love your personal story.
Beautiful card Benzi! Thanks for letting us know about this hop!

Wooooow! Such a striking card, really pretty! Happy Birthday Flourishes
Kim
very pretty card. nice coloring.
This is really darling! We have morning glories everywhere around here. I have never heard them called bindweed, but that sure makes sense!
Maybe if I had morning glory this colour I could let it be in my garden. This is so beautiful. I, unfortunately, have the plain white wild variety and when I say wild it is everywhere and occupies 3/4 of my weeding.
What a beautiful bright and cheery creation! It's a perfect backdrop to a fun-filled celebration. Thank you so much for helping Flourishes celebrate Benzi! It's been so fun hopping around and seeing why certain sets top folks' lists! What fun!
Benzi, this card touches my heart. I love blue and white; morning glories are one of my very favorite flowers (my blog is named for them); and doilies always make a card look special. Thanks for the inspiration.
simply beautiful!! love the colors you used... so vibrant!
Love your colour combo and the story behind the morning glory :) Fabulous showcase of this set!
Love your flowers and your childhood memories -- the card that I made for this challenge has to do with childhood memories too!

Beautiful creation! Love the doily and the green flourishes with this too!
Brenda, I see I did the blog hop wrong. Still don't know if I've done it right. But, you know how I feel about this winner of a card. It's a stunner and your use of the blues and that b/w houndstooth dp seals the deal. AWESOME!
Gorgeous card, Brenda! I love the houndstooth background! It really makes your beautifully colored image pop!
This is awesome! I love that houndstooth background, and the blue really pops, gorgeous!

Great color combination and the morning glories look fantastic.
This is another beauty! Love the houndstooth DP - I couldn't find any of that at the craft store this weekend and of course I'm down to scraps on my pretty brown houndstooth. It makes such an elegant background!
How very feminine and beautiful! Gorgeous use of the colors too!
