Getting Some Nectar

Birthday is the challenge this week at Tuesday Throwdown, challenge #61. Hope you'll play along this week. You know you need a birthday card. :-)
Tuesday Throwdown is sponsored this week by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. I am using the Hummingbird with Scripture image. Because it was a birthday challenge, I didn't use any of the scripture in the set so I would have room for the HB sentiment.

I colored with Copics and made my flower 3D by stamping three times and cutting out twice, then popping on. Of course, I did sponging in three colors...still loving it.
I used a Spellbinder lattice rectangles die, added a ribbon, flower, and a tag.

I'm entering my card into Frosted Designs challenge which is coloring this week. I did my coloring of the hummingbird and flowers with Copics.

KB Cute Monday challenge #24  has an Anything Goes Using a Digi-Mine is  from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.

Make My Monday-challenge #10-Birds or Bugs

Recipe:
Stamps: Image from Sweet 'n Sassy-Hummingbird with Scripture, computer generated sentiment

Accessories: Martha Stewart deep edge punch (Garden Gate), Spellbinders Lattice Rectangles die, Memento Dandelion, Lulu Lavender, and New Sprout, Krylon gold leafing pen, Copics, Recollections adhesive faux pearls, Recollection floral embellishment, Offray satin ribbon

I love hummers :) They are the most fascinating bird and I love watching them feed from the feeder on our porch. You have coloured this one fabulously and I"m loving the punched border at the bottom.

Pretty sponging around Mr. Hummingbird. :) And the flowers popped up gives this such a 3D feel, like it's a real scene being played out in front of you.

Considering email updates yet for your blog? Hmmm?
